I got started doing Psychotherapy after studying Psychology (BA, 1997) and Social Work (MSW, 2001). I'm an Integrative Therapist and utilize elements of Person Centered Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other modalities. I treat anxiety and depression in it's many forms.
